Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Orders

a. Cancellation Window:

Customers can cancel orders for paint products within 24 hours of placing the order before it has been processed for shipment.

b. Cancellation Process:

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at sales@flashpaints.com with your order details.

2. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

a. Refund Eligibility:

If the cancellation request is made within the specified cancellation window and the order has not been processed, a full refund will be issued.

b. Refund Processing:

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase and may take 5 – 7 days to reflect in your account.

3. Refunds for Returned Products

a. Return Eligibility:

Refunds for returned products will be processed in accordance with our Return Policy.

b. Refund Processing:

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed as per our Return Policy guidelines.

4. Refund Exceptions

a. Custom-Tinted Paints:

Refunds for custom-tinted paints are subject to review and may not be eligible for a full refund. Contact our customer service team for more information.

5. Changes to Orders

a. Modifications:

Requests for modifications to orders, such as color changes or quantity adjustments, must be made within 8 hours of order placement and are subject to approval.
